Shipping Policy
Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail for all domestic parcels. Currently we only ship in the continental United States with shipping to International destinations coming soon. Prices are determined by the USPS based upon weight and distance. Average Priority Mail rates range from $5.00 to $9.00. If you prefer next day Express Service, rates normally start at $14.00.
Orders placed on our site usually ship the next day unless a product is out of stock or sold out. In the event an item is not in stock, we will contact you.
All orders within the United States should arrive within 2 to 3 days from date of ship. USPS Priority Mail includes automatic Delivery Confirmation.
If you prefer overnight or express shipping,
please contact Customer Service for pricing before placing an order.
Standard Returns Policy
You can return most items within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date.
In order to process your request efficiently, please contact us first before returning an item.
Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original unused condition. We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on:
◦ Items returned after 30 calendar days from the original ship date.
◦ Custom orders.
◦ Items purchased on sale.
Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee (if any).
For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured at your own expense.
Damaged products?
If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please notify us in writing or by calling; customer service within 48 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
